White Chili with Turkey

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 turkey carcass, boiled down reserving 2 cups broth for now - save the rest for anothe dish, pull the meat off the bone
  • 1 can great northern beans
  • 1 can Navy beans (the 14 'ish oz cans)
  • 2 cups chopped bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup chili verde sauce (green sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 chicken buillion cubes (I used Knorr)
  • 2 cups water
  • reserved turkey meat and turkey broth
  • salt to taste (I didn't use but a pinch)
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all in slow cooker, stir, and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Before meal, stir in sour cream. Serve with a dollop of cheddar cheese.
