White Chip Cranberry Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups White Morsels
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and oats.
- In a large bowl beat together butter and sugars with electric mixer until creamed.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients then fold in cranberries and morsels.
- Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet and press down with back of spoon.
- Bake for 15 min or until pale golden color. Remove to wire rack.
- Makes approx. 6 dozen.
