White Fudge

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup canned cream
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together and stir until creamy. Cook over LOW heat until it forms a hard ball in cold water.
  2. Make sure to keep stirring the entire time it cooks, as it burns VERY easily.
  3. When done cooking, add: 1 small jar marshmallow cream -OR- 1 small jar of peanut butter
  4. Spread in pan and let harden.
