White Ginger Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 1 cup
- 3 Tbsp white miso
- 2 Tbsp finely minced ginger
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 Tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar
- 1 Tbsp raw honey, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
- 2-4 Tbsp fresh water as necessary to thin
- pinch sesame seeds or minced green onion, optional garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
- For a thinner sauce, add a few tbsp of fresh water.
- Serve in dipping bowls and garnish if desired.
