White Ginger Dipping Sauce
  • Servings: 1 cup
  • 3 Tbsp white miso
  • 2 Tbsp finely minced ginger
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp umeboshi plum vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
  • 2-4 Tbsp fresh water as necessary to thin
  • pinch sesame seeds or minced green onion, optional garnish
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. For a thinner sauce, add a few tbsp of fresh water.
  3. Serve in dipping bowls and garnish if desired.
Light dipping sauce great for any sushi roll.
