White Noodle Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups cooked thin noodles
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped chives
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook noodles as directed on package. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, salt, pepper, and chives. Add noodles to mixture. Pour mixture into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  2. (Baking times may differ from oven. When the mixture bubbles, take dish out of oven.)
