White Wheat Pizza Crust
  • 12-14 oz warm water
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 cups white whole wheat (King Arthur)
  • 1 cup bread machine flour (or AP)
  • 2 tsp. bread machine yeast
  1. Add ingredients in order given or follow machine manufacturers instructions. Run on dough setting. The dough should be slightly sticky but not to where it sticks to your hands. Roll out to desired size. Add toppings and bake at 425° until crust is desired color. I usually use parchment paper instead of peel and make sure the pizza stone is preheated.
