Whole Baked Turkey

  • 1 whole turkey
  • Onions
  • Green onions
  • Green bell pepper
  • Leek
  • Potatoes

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup adobo
  • 1/4 cup turmeric
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Clean the turkey and rinse. Then, pat dry
  2. Place the turkey on baking pan
  3. Season the turkey very well
  4. Stuff the turkey with the sliced potatoes, carrots, leeks, green onion, bell pepper and onions
  5. Heat oven at 350 degrees
  6. Put turkey in oven for about 45 minutes or until golden to your liking.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This was done for a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed that juicy, delicious & scrumptious turkey. It was served with mashed potato, green salad and a glass of wine.
