Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 package Hogsmead Whole Grain yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Canola oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Put all ingredients in a mixer and mix on medium until a soft dough forms. Knead for a minute or two and then let settle for 5 mins. stretch or roll out to pan and add topings.
