Wild Rice Stuffing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/3 cup Wild Rice
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Onion, Grated
  • 6 cups Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 3 cups Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
DIRECTIONS
  1. Oven Temperature: 325°F
  2. *Prepare rice according to package and set aside; Combine butter and onion in a saucepan and sauté until onion is transparent; remove from heat
  3. *Blend in remaining ingredients, then stir in rice
  4. *Spoon stuffing into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 325 degrees, covered for 45 minutes
  5. *Remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes
