Winter Soup
INGREDIENTS
  •  1 lb. ground beef
  •  1 ½ cups diced onion
  •  3 minced garlic cloves
  •  Nature’s Seasoning
  •  1 can diced tomatoes with juice
  •  4 cups beef stock
  •  2 cups diced potatoes
  •  2 cups mixed veggies
  •  1 tbsp oregano
  •  1 tsp salt
  •  1 tbsp basil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sauté beef with onions and garlic. Combine all other ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and boil for about 20 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Turn down to a simmer and add fully cooked beef. Simmer for at least an hour.
