  • 4/6 ears of sweet corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tspn Paprika to taste
  • 1 tsp Herb and garlic seasoning blend
  • Salt & pepper
  • Diced red onion
  • Minced garlic optional
  • Skewer sticks (optional)
  • Fresh Tyme (optional)
  1. Sautee minced garlic and diced red onion
  2. Precook corn by boiling in salted water
  3. Place cooked corn in dish
  4. Place skewers in corn (optional)
  5. Pour to coat all pieces of corn with melted butter or margarine
  6. Top with sautéed minced garlic and red onions
  7. Season corn to taste with garlic blend, paprika, and pepper
