YUMMY CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups flour;
- 2 cups sugar;
- 1 tsp. soda;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1/3 cup cinnamon;
- 1-1/2 cups oil;
- 2 tsp. vanilla;
- 2 cups grated raw carrots;
- 1-1/2 cup chopped pecans;
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (drain)
- 3 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon together; mix well.
- Add oil to dry ingredients. Beat well.
- Add vanilla, carrots, pineapple and eggs, beat until well mixed.
- Stir in pecans.
- Bake in a large rectangle pan at 350% for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Top with cream cheese frosting.
