Yakisoba (Japanese fried noodle)

- Yakisoba noodle (usually one package contains 3 packs of noodles)
- 1 small carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 small onion
- Yakisoba sauce (if you can't find the Yokisoba sauce, there is Yakisoba package that contains Yakisoba powder to mix in. Alternatively you can make it by mixing 3 table spoons Chuno sauce with 1/2 table spoon oyster sauce)
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the vegetables: slice onion, bell pepper, and carrot thinly; cut cabbage into 2" squares
- In a large frying pan, add oil and heat at medium high heat
- Stir fry onion, bell pepper, and carrot for about 1-2 minutes
- Add cabbage and cook until vegetables are wilted
- Add noodles. When noodles get loose and soft, keep stirring to mix with vegetables
- Add sauce and mix well for a couple of more minutes.
