- Tonkatsu Sauce
- Peanut oil
- Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Wash vegetables
- Peel where necessary
- Cut into thin narrow strips
- Heat wok
- Add a small amount of peanut oil to wok
- Add onion
- Cook until soft
- Add rest of vegetables
- Add 1/4 cup of water so vegetables won't stick
- Stir fry
- Add sauces
- Add sesame seeds
- Serve immediately
