INGREDIENTS

  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Soy Sauce
  • Tonkatsu Sauce
  • Peanut oil
  • Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wash vegetables
  2. Peel where necessary
  3. Cut into thin narrow strips
  4. Heat wok
  5. Add a small amount of peanut oil to wok
  6. Add onion
  7. Cook until soft
  8. Add rest of vegetables
  9. Add 1/4 cup of water so vegetables won't stick
  10. Stir fry
  11. Add sauces
  12. Add sesame seeds
  13. Serve immediately
