Yip Yap Banana Snaps

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2-3 bananas's mashed
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Stir together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir on the oil, banana, honey and egg until smooth. Fold in the oats
  2. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonful, 1 1/2 apart on 2 ungreased baking sheets
  3. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool to room temperature before serving.
  4. Stir in an airtight container for up to one week or wrap well and freeze up to 2 months
