Yummy Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 4 skinless, boneless chickend breasts
  • 8 oz of Franks Red Hot or your favorite hot sauce
  • 8oz bottle of Ranch Dressing
  • 4oz of crumbled Bleu Cheese
  • 8oz of shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 16oz of Cream Cheese
  1. Place chicken in crockpot with 3/4 cup water and about half the hot sauce.
  2. Let simmer for 2-3 hours on low.
  3. Once chicken is tender enough to shred easily with a fork, remove it from crockpot, shred it, and line the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish with the shredded chicken.
  4. Mix all remaining ingredients, pour mixture over the chicken and bake at 325 for 40 mins.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and celery. Enjoy!
