Yummy Porkchops

  • You can use any amount of porkchops I have also used countryribs. barbque sauce 2 cups water 2cups 6 potatoes 1lb.2oz. can of porkandbeans enough oil to coat bottom of a deep skillet. Brown porkchops on med. Turn down stove to low. Clean potatoes cut in quarters,add barbeque sauce and water bring all to boiling and then turn heat down to a simmer. cook until potatoes are done. Add pork and beans. Turn off stove and serve. Hope you enjoy
