Yummy fruit dip!
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter/margerine
  • 3 t. vanilla extract
  1. Combine brown sugar and butter in a saucepan and heat on medium until you get a well blended, liquidy mixture.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl with sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
  3. It will need to thicken in the fridge for a couple hours.
Everyone asks me for my "caramel dip" recipe, but there's none in it. :) My absolute favorite thing to dip in it is apples.
