Zingy corn dip

  • 1 can corn niblets - drained
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese
  • 1 t garlic tabasco
  • 1/4 t fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 c shredded cheese
  1. heat cream cheese until smooth and add corn in sauce pan
  2. add tabasco to incorporate completely
  3. remove from heat and add cheese and dill
  4. serve with Fritos scoops
  5. I like to serve this with the shredded cheese not completely melted, so it helps keep some body to the dip
My future sister in law made a dish similar to this once and I liked it but thought it needed a little more zip - so this is my version
