Zoila's Mexican Shrimp cocktail

  • 1 big cucumber peeled
  • 6-8 roma tomatoes add all the jucie and seeds

  • 1 big bunch of cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves od garlic
  • 3-4 avocados (add before serving if you like)

DIRECTIONS
  1. Dice the following and add to a bowl
  2. 1 big cucumber peeled
  3. 6-8 roma tomatoes add all the jucie and seeds
  4. 1 med sweet onion
  5. 1 big bunch of cilantro
  6. 1-2 cloves od garlic
  7. 3-4 avocados (add before serving if you like)
  8. add next
  9. Sauce can be as thick as you want add water to thin.
  10. Half of the shrimp water
  11. 1/2 24 oz bottle of ketchup
  12. 2-3 cups tomatoe juice
  13. 1/4 cup lime juice
  14. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  15. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  16. salt to taste
  17. Last add the shrimp and chill
  18. Serve with saltines
