Zucchini Bake
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30
  • 3 cups thin sliced or shredded zucchini
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped or mined)
  • 4 or 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½-3/4 cup parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together thoroughly.
  2. Grease 9x13” pan and bake at 350 for ½ hour or until top is slightly brown.
