Zucchini Bake

- 3 cups thin sliced or shredded zucchini
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic (chopped or mined)
- 4 or 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup Bisquick
- ½ cup oil
- ½-3/4 cup parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together thoroughly.
- Grease 9x13” pan and bake at 350 for ½ hour or until top is slightly brown.
