Zucchini Tuna Salad

  • 1/2 Cup Low-Calorie Italian Dressing
  • 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 Tsp Basil
  • 3 Medium Zucchini (unpeeled, cut in bite-size chunks)
  • 1/4 lb Mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 Cans Water Packed Tuna
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes- Sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes in bowl and chill in refrigerator for one hour.
  2. Serve over tomato slices.
