Zuchinni Nut Loaf

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded zuchinni
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup pecans
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, beat zuchinni, sugar and eggs.
- Add oil and mix well.
- Pour this over the other ingredients and blend well. Gently fold in the nuts.
- Turn into greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 325F for 35-50 minutes
