ambrosia salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 qt cottage cheese - lowfat
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail drained
  • 1 large lowfat coolwhip
  • 1 large pkg jello sugarfree any flavor
DIRECTIONS
  1. In large bowl add cottage cheese and jello powder.
  2. Whisk together.
  3. Add coolwhip and drained fruit
  4. Whisk until even.
  5. Put into bundt pan or mold.
  6. Chill 24 hrs.
