bbq hot dogs
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 20-25
  • Servings: 4-6
  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 1 pkg hot dogs cut lengthwise and quartered
  • 1/3 c finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 c Crisco
  • 2/3 c catsup
  • 2 Tblsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tblsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 Tblsp vinegar
DIRECTIONS
  1. sauté hot dogs and onions in Crisco for 5 minutes
  2. turning hot diogs until brown on both sides
  3. add remaining ingredient
  4. stir well
  5. lower heat to simmer
  6. simmer 15-20 min
  7. turn hot dogs frequently and stir sauce while thickening to prevent from sticking
