cabbage casserolle
  • 1/2 head of a large cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 egg. beaten
  • 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stack ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cups sharp cheese, grated
  1. Layer cabbage, onion & 1/4 cups ot the melted margarine in a casserole dish. Add a second layer of beaten egg mixed with soup and 1/4 cup of the margarine
  2. Add a third layer of crumbled crackers mixed with the grated cheese and the rest of the margarine.
  3. Bake at 350ยบ for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
