chicken rice casserole
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 120-150
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 c milk
- 1 C rice (uncooked, minute or regular works)
- 2/3 c oleo or butter
- chicken, salt, pepper, more oleo
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Soups, milk and rice & pour into shallow baking dish.
- Arrange pieces of chicken on top with salt & pepper & oleo over top.
- bake, uncovered in low oven at 275 F for 2 -2 1/2 hours until browned
