chicken rice casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 120-150
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c milk
  • 1 C rice (uncooked, minute or regular works)
  • 2/3 c oleo or butter
  • chicken, salt, pepper, more oleo
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix Soups, milk and rice & pour into shallow baking dish.
  2. Arrange pieces of chicken on top with salt & pepper & oleo over top.
  3. bake, uncovered in low oven at 275 F for 2 -2 1/2 hours until browned
