chicken strips

- 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 c vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast cut in 1/2 in. strips
- 1 egg
DIRECTIONS
- in medium bowl combine flour salt and peppers
- in small bowl combine milk and egg
- coat chicken in flour mixture
- dig in egg mixture
- recoat in flour mixture
- in12" skillet heat oil
- add chicken
- cook uncovered for 5 min
- using tongs turn chicken
- cook 3 min or unti no pink in middle and golden brown
