creamed carrots
  • 1 bag carrots, sliced thinly ( i used white/yellow carrots)
  • 1.5 C broth (chicken or veg)
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pats of butter
  1. cook your carrots with the broth until tender and reduce the broth. once broth is reduce by 2/3. add your cream and butter. stir until thicken. if to thin add a touch of thicking agent like tapocia flour/cornstarch/wondra
  2. salt and pepper to taste. serve hot
