creamy crock-pot chicken nachos

  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup ; 10 oz each
  • 1 can Black beans ; drained (optional item)
  • 1 can Rotel ; 14 oz
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese ; shredded
  • 2 large Chicken breasts ; raw and diced
  • Salt and pepper ; to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.Dump everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. (or 2-3 hours on High!)
  2. 2.Serve over tortilla chips and garnish with minced cilantro, sour cream, sliced avocado or black olives, etc. Whatever you like on your nachos!
