crockpot mac and cheese

  • 2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 tbsp cut into pieces
  • 2 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
  2. 2. Drain
  3. 3. In a medium saucepan, mix butter and cheese
  4. 4. Stir until the cheese melts
  5. 5. In a slow cooker combine ingredients and stir well
  6. 6. add drained macaroni and stir again
  7. 7. set the slow cooker on low for 4 hours stirring occasionally
