crockpot mac and cheese

- 2 c uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp cut into pieces
- 2 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan in plenty of water until tender, about 7 minutes
- 2. Drain
- 3. In a medium saucepan, mix butter and cheese
- 4. Stir until the cheese melts
- 5. In a slow cooker combine ingredients and stir well
- 6. add drained macaroni and stir again
- 7. set the slow cooker on low for 4 hours stirring occasionally
