  • 3 Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 20 vanilla wafers
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat in cream cheese & eggs
  2. add sugar & vanilla in
  3. put cupcake liners in tins
  4. put vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake
  5. pour batter 2/3 full
  6. Bake at 325 degrees
  7. chill
  8. Fruit Toppings optional
