enchilada casserole

  • Cooking Time: 30 minutes
  • 1 jar Cook well & Company Green Chili Stew
  • 10 corn tortilla - cut soften in oil
  • 1 lb ground beef or bison - cooked
  • 1 lb hatch chili sausage - bulk - cooked
  • 3 cups grated cheese
  • 10 batch chili's cooked
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Pre-heat oven 400*
  2. 2. Spoon a little stew in bottom of 9x11 casserole dish
  3. 3. Layer dish with corn tortillas then meat then stew
  4. 4. End with green chili stew and top with a generous amount of cheese
  5. 5. Bake for 30 minutes
