  • 1 cup blanch broccoli forest
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp final coped garlic
  • 2 whole dry hash-min red chilies
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 tsp finaly chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp say salsa
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. to make broccoli fried rice, heat the oil in a broad non stick pan,add the garlic and dry red chilled and the salsa in a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  2. 2.add the onions, ginger and green chilles and the sulate sausa on a medium flame for 30 seconds
  3. 3. add brown rice,and say salsa and salt mix and cook on a medium flame for 2 mins.
