- 1 cup cream
- 2T butter
- 2T sugar
- 12oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Place cream, butter and sugar in saucepan and heat to the boil. Pour over the chocolate and stir to melt until smooth. Cool to room temp before using.
