garlicky greens

  • box of baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • box of spinach
  • 2 g butter
  • 9 g minced garlic
  • salt and papper to taste
  1. melt butter in pan and sauté with out burning garlic and mushrooms for one min. Add spinach. Cover and steam until wilted. adjust salt and pepper and enjoy!
Can keep in refrigerator for up to 5 days. an easy add in to any egg poultry or fish dish or a goat side along beef.
