INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole ham finely chopped
  • 1 package of bacon chopped (uncooked)
  • 1-2 med. onions chopped
  • McCormick all purpose seasoning
  • uncooked cresant rolls
  • 3egg whites(beaten slightly)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the chopped bacon in a frying pan. When the bacon is almost done add the onions.Cook until onions are tender and slightly brown. Add the chopped ham.When the ham is warm sprinkle in about a tablespoon of McCormic all purpose seasoning. Set mixture aside. Preheat oven as directed on cresant roll package. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of ham mixture in the middle of cresant roll. Roll the cresant roll up making sure to pinch the edges. brush egg white on top of the cresant roll. Bake as directed on package.

I am only fifteen and I have already made this recipe several times. before my great-grandmother died she passed on the recipe to my grandmther who before she diedpassed on this recipe to my mother.
