  • Baby red potatoes, quartered
  • olive oil
  • freshly ground sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Put cut up potatoes in a large bowl, coat with olive oil and season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2. Put on foil and place on a preheated grill to cook along side meat. 3.
  3. Turn over half way through cooking.
  4. 4. Serve immediately when tender.
