- Baby red potatoes, quartered
- olive oil
- freshly ground sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Put cut up potatoes in a large bowl, coat with olive oil and season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Put on foil and place on a preheated grill to cook along side meat. 3.
- Turn over half way through cooking.
- 4. Serve immediately when tender.
