guave and lime cocktail
  • Servings: 6
  • 2 limes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 litre guave nectar
  • 250ml ginger beer
  • 125ml white rum
  • crushed ice, to serve
  1. place the lime in a mortar and use a pestle to gently pound until crushed
  2. place the guave nectar, ginger beer, rum, lime and juice from the mortar in a jug. stir until combined
  3. fill serving glasses with ice. pour the guave mixture evenly among the glasses. serve immediately
