  • 1 1/2 parts tequila
  • 3/4 part fresh lime juice
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • 1 pineapple chunk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
  • crushed ice
  • to decorate
  • pineapple wedge
  • lime rind spiral
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, pineapple chunk and sugar syrup into a blender
  2. Add a handful of crushed ice
  3. Blend for 15 seconds
  4. Pour onto a highball glass
  5. Decorate with a pineapple wedge and a lime rind spiral
