  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T milk
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli florets, chopped
  1. combine beaten eggs and milk
  2. add bacon and broccoli to mixture
  3. spray muffin tins with non stick spray
  4. pour in mixture
  5. bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. let cool, put in ziplock bags, and reheat as necessary for a quick breakfast!
