  • 1 Shots of cold pisco
  • 1-2 Shots of club soda
  • 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Dash of bitters
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wet rim of drinking glass with lime coat with sugar
  2. In blender pulse first 5 ingredients until smooth
  3. Pour into glass
  4. Add dash of bitters
  6. Tips:
  7. *to sugar coat rim, wet rim with lime, turn glass upside down into thin even layer of sugar on small plate
  8. *use lime as garnish
  9. *keep alcohol in freezer to keep cold
  10. *multiply ingredients per person
