- 2/1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 egg
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup oil
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Grease muffin tins lightly with oil
- 2.sift the two kind of flour together with the salt, baking powder, suger
- 3. add egg, milk, and oil, stir quickly until only barly blended
- 4. do not beat and bake at 425 for 20-25 mins
