  • 2 9 ounce bags of corn chips
  • 16 ounces of finely shredded cheese
  • half of a red/yellow/green pepper diced
  • 1 quarter of an onion diced
  • quarter of a pound of chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  1. 1. pre heat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. 2. layer of one bag of chips on the bottom of the pan
  3. 3. top chips with half of the cheese pepper onion and chicken
  4. 4. place a 2nd layer of chips and repeat with remaining cheese onion and chicken and bake for 20-25 min
this is a great and tasty pre meal for when your hungry
