- 1 part dark rum
- 1 part anisette
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- splash of lime juice (freshly squeezed)
DIRECTIONS
- fill cocktail shaker with ice
- add pineapple juice, dark rum, anisette, sugar syrup and lime juice
- shake
- strain into a cocktail glass
