roasted balsamic cherry tomatoes
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 20-30

  • 2 punnets ripe cherry tomatoes
  • generous glug olive oil
  • generous splash good balsamic vinegar
  • lrg pinch salt
  • lrg pinch sugar
  • handful fresh basil leaves
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1- place tomatoes in a roasting tin and pour over the other ingredients
  2. 2- pre-heat oven to 190c
  3. 3- roast for 20-30 minutes until tomatoes have burst and are soft
