  • 1 package somen boiled and drained
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 stick kamaboko matchstick cut
  • 2 eggs, beaten, cooked crepe style and cut into strips
  • 1 seedless cucumber matchstick cut
  • 1 cup char sui matchstilck cut
  • dressing
  • 4T toasted sesame seeds
  • 4T sugar
  • 2t salt
  • 1/2 c sesame oil
  • 6T rice vinegar
  • 4T soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. combine dressing and shake well - refrigerate
  2. layer lettuce, somen, kamaboko, cucumber and char sui
  3. cover and refrigerate
  4. right before serving, shake dressing well, and pour over salad

This salad is different with the addition of cucumber, and a slight variation on the dressing.
