  • 16 oz somen boiled and drained
  • 1 package angel hair shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup char sui matchstick sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten, fried crepe style and thinly sliced
  • 1 roll kamaboko (fish cake) sliced in strips
  • dressing
  • 1/4 c sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2t sesame oil
  • 1/3 c canola oil
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. mix dressing, shake together well
  2. Layer noodles, lettuce, char sui, eggs, and kamaboko - cover and refrigerate overnight
  3. right before serving, shake dressing again, and pour over layered ingredients
