sunrise breakfast smoothie

  • 1 cup carrots- full size
  • 2 bananas(peeled)
  • 1 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh) seeded or unseeded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 orange(peeled)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wash carrots
  2. Combine carrots, bananas, raspberries, yogurt, almond milk, orange and oats in a blender
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth
  4. pour into glasses
