sweet potato casserole

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2cup brown suger
  • 1/2 cup quick cook uncooked oatmeal
  • 1-1/2 miniature marchmallows
  • 1/3cup margerine!t cinn.
  • 2-17 oz cans yams
  • 2 cups whole cranberries
  1. Combine flour brown suger, oats, and cinn. cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crimbs. Toss 1 cup of the mixture with yams and cranberries. Place in 1-1/2 qt casserole . top with remaining crumbs bake 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle with marchmellows and broil until brown.
